The world’s largest fleet command, the U.S. Pacific Fleet AOR encompasses 100 million square miles, nearly half the Earth’s surface. The U.S. Pacific Fleet consists of approximately 200 ships/submarines, nearly 1,100 aircraft, and more than 130,000 Sailors and civilians.

The Navy took over operations of Hickam from the Air Force in 2012 so all housing and base command is Navy sponsored. This is also the same office as Joint Personal Property Shipping Office (JPPSO) HawaiI (JPPSO) for temp storage so it's in the same building. (808)-474-1820
Navy Housing HEAT tool instruction for registration of base housing
Use HEAT (Housing Early Assistance Tool) registration for base housing registration. The Navy Housing office then makes the determination of the priority of the waitlist. But you need to be registered in order to be considered.
I was told If you want to live off base or buy a home you must also register with HEAT as well.

Hale Ali’i (Open to O6, O7 and O1-O3, W1-W3). These historic homes are located near the Pearl Harbor Navy complex on base.
Hale Moku and Hokulani is walking distance to the Nimitz PH gate.
Hospital Point is located on base near the water and the Pearl Harbor Naval Complex (Open to O4-O6)
Marine Barracks is located on base near Hospital Point (Open to O6-O7 and E7-E9)
Luke Field is located on base near the Pearl Harbor Naval Complex (Open to O1-O5)
Off base, Moanalua Terrace and Halsey Terrace and Maloelap are located just across from the HNL airport. It’s a very nice community that has a dog park and lots of kid areas. It’s 5 min from the NEX, commissary and Navy Marine golf course. There's no commute to work and there's a lovely golf course is across the street!
Doris Miller Park (Open to all ranks) Is located 3 min from Honolulu Airport and 5 min to JBPHH.
McGrew Point is located off base by Aloha Stadium. Nob Hill is about a 5min drive to base. The homes were recently built between 2005-2008 (Senior Officer housing)
Makalapa is located off base near the NEX and the USS Arizona
Pearlcity Peninsula is off base about 4.5 miles from JBPHH and 8 miles to Schofield Barracks.
Radford Terrace and Radford Terrace MilCON is off base in Salt Lake about 8 min from base.
Aliamanu Military Reservation (AMR) is a really popular housing community so please visit the Fort Shafter section of Army housing to learn more. AMR is located in Salt Lake about 10 min from JBPHH.

Saipan Drive, Wahiawa, HI 96786
This is the closest military facility to the North Shore. It is the Naval Computer and Telecommunications Area Master Station Pacific (NCTAMS PAC).
The Wahiawa annex is one of the WORLDs largest communication stations. The headquarters site of this shore command is located just north of the town of Wahiawa. The annex is about a 10 min drive to Schofield main gate.
Hele Mai is located on base (Open to E1-E9 and O1-O5). There are both new construction homes and historic homes.

PMRF Navy Base housing Office. Base Homes are owned and maintained by Ohana Military Communities (OMC). There are 56 two, three and four bedroom duplex style homes situated on Kekaha Beach.
PMRF Barking Sands is a small base located out at the Western most side of Kauai
